Privacy Policy

This policy covers Whitfield Clearing & Grading (land-clearingservice.com), 4967 Caraway St, Middleburg, FL 32068. Questions: call (904) 406-7990 or email info@land-clearingservice.com.

What we collect

When you request a walk-through we receive what you type into the form: name, mobile number, ZIP code, town, service, preferred day and time, and your notes about the lot. We also note the page you sent the form from. When you call or text us we keep the number, the time and what was said or written.

Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) records technical data such as your IP address and browser for security. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. We count page views and clicks with Umami, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

We use your information to call or text you about your request, schedule the walk-through, quote and do the work, and keep job records. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with the people and services that help us answer your request: the crews and partner contractors who estimate or do the work you asked about, and the companies that run our website, phone, text messaging and customer records. They may use it only for that purpose. We also share information when the law requires it.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with any third party for their marketing.

Text messages

If you send the form you agree that we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages and HELP for help. See the Terms for the full text message terms.

How long we keep it

We keep request and job records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal record rules, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call (904) 406-7990 or email info@land-clearingservice.com. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
